If for any reason any title, chapter, article, section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this code, or the application thereof to any person or circumstances, is declared to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of any remaining title, chapter, article, section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this code.
