It shall be unlawful for any person after boarding any bus carrying passengers for hire to refuse to pay the established fare or seek to evade payment by false or evasive statements, and such person shall not be entitled to ride upon such bus carrying passengers for hire and may be ejected by the conductor, motorman or any officer of the police force or any employee of the bus company and delivered to the custody of the police for prosecution.
