10.60.200 Time-restricted parking rates – Parking meters.

(a) The Transportation Operations Superintendent may establish parking rates in parking meter and time-restricted parking zones within the following minimum and maximum ranges:
(1) On street: $0.50 and $3.00 per hour.
(2) Ten-hour permits: $44.00 and $65.00 per month.
(b) In determining the parking rates, the Transportation Operations Superintendent will consider the availability of on-street parking, garage and lot parking, parking congestion and any other factors relative to parking operations in the central business district. (Ord. 20391 § 3, 11-15-22.)
