10.60.240 Tampering with meters – Hitching animals.

It shall be unlawful for any unauthorized person to open, or for any person to deface, damage, tamper with or willfully break, destroy or impair the usefulness of, any parking meter installed pursuant to this article, or for any person to hitch any animal thereto.
