It shall be unlawful for any person or driver to cause, allow or permit any motor vehicle registered in the person’s name, or operated or controlled by the person, to stand or be parked in any time-restricted parking zone when the time for utilizing the space has expired. (Ord. 20391 § 5, 11-15-22.)
