(a) At least 48 hours prior to the event, the applicant or sponsor shall provide the City Clerk with the following:

(1) Names of all of the vendors who have been approved by the sponsor to participate in the event; and

(2) A statement that the applicant or sponsor has secured the consent of each business owner to the presence of a sidewalk vendor conducting the vendor’s operation in front of the business owner’s premises.

(b) The applicant or sponsor shall provide written notification of approval to each vendor. Each vendor shall display the notification in a prominent place so that it is clearly visible to the public. (Ord. 20038 § 20, 12-6-16.)
