(a) The Police Chief and Traffic Engineer or their designees will determine the level of street barrier required for special events.

(b) Each applicant shall be responsible to secure, place and remove street barricades in the manner and location approved by the Police Chief and Traffic Engineer, or their designees.

(c) Each applicant shall be responsible for removing all debris from the property promptly after the event so that the street or right-of-way can be open to traffic within 30 minutes after the ending time indicated on the permit. All other associated clean-up must be completed within 12 hours after the ending time indicated on the event permit. (Ord. 20038 § 23, 12-6-16.)
