Sewer service to property outside of the City may be connected to the City sewage system or to sewers belonging to another but emptying into the City sewage system only with the approval of the Utilities Director. Such sewer service connections shall comply with all applicable ordinances, specifications, rules and regulations of the City. (Ord. 20089 § 47, 10-17-17.)
