A permitted waste hauler shall notify the Utilities Director at least seven days prior to any planned significant change in waste profile. In the event a liquid waste hauler desires to discharge industrial liquid waste, then the hauler shall contact the WPCD for a separate permit and fee schedule. Any industrial waste shall meet categorical pretreatment standards, if applicable. (Ord. 20157 § 5, 12-4-18.)
