Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, the Utilities Director or designee may refuse any liquid waste load. Further, the Utilities Director may order the testing of the waste load by the hauler prior to disposal. Designated staff of the WPCD may also conduct sampling of any liquid waste to confirm compliance with the permit. (Ord. 20157 § 6, 12-4-18.)
