Grease wastes pumped from any grease generator shall be subject to inspection, sampling, and analysis to determine compliance with all applicable provisions of these rules and regulations of the Utilities Director who shall perform or supervise such inspection, sampling, and analysis at any time during the commission of any servicing of any grease trap or interceptor.
