At least once per year qualified personnel (provided by the operator) shall conduct a comprehensive site compliance evaluation. The operator shall upon request provide the Utilities Director a copy of the annual site compliance evaluation. The operator shall submit to the Utilities Director a copy of the notice of termination (NOT) submitted to the State of Kansas upon cessation of all stormwater discharges associated with industrial activity.
