Section 105, Permits, is hereby deleted in its entirety and the following provision shall be substituted therefor:

Any owner or owner’s authorized agent who intends to repair, add to, alter, relocate, demolish, or change the occupancy of a building or to repair, install, add, alter, remove, convert, or replace any electrical, gas, mechanical, or plumbing system, the installation of which is regulated by this chapter, or to cause any such work to be performed, shall first apply to the code official and obtain a permit, if required by TMC Title 14.
