Section 113.4, Violation penalties, is hereby deleted in its entirety and the following provision shall be substituted therefor:

Violation of any provision of TMC 14.25.010 shall constitute a misdemeanor. Any person who violates any provision of TMC 14.25.010 or fails to comply with any of its requirements shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not to exceed $499.00. Each day such violation continues shall be considered a separate offense.
