Section 306, Accessibility for Existing Buildings, is hereby deleted in its entirety and the following provision shall be substituted therefor:

Applicable city ordinances, state and federal statutes and implementing regulations concerning accessibility shall apply to maintenance, change of occupancy, additions and alterations to existing buildings, including those identified as historic buildings.
