Section 1508.1, Construction sites, is hereby deleted in its entirety and the following provision shall be substituted therefor:

Structures, sites, and equipment directly associated with the actual process of construction, including but not limited to scaffolding, bridging, material hoists, material storage, or construction trailers shall comply with city ordinances, state and federal statutes and implementing regulations for accessibility.
