(a) The 2018 Uniform Plumbing Code is hereby adopted by reference and made part of the code for the city. The 2018 Uniform Plumbing Code Illustrated Training Manual and the 2018 Uniform Plumbing Code Answers and Analysis Manual as published by the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials may be considered and applied by the authority having jurisdiction to the extent necessary in the authority’s sole discretion to implement and enforce this code.
