Chapter 1, Section 102.4, Application of building code, is hereby deleted in its entirety and the following provisions shall be substituted therefor:

The design and construction of new structures shall comply with the 2021 International Building Code. Repairs, alterations and additions to existing structures shall comply with the applicable sections of this code and the 2021 International Existing Building Code.
