Chapter 3, Section 319.1, General, is hereby deleted in its entirety and the following provisions shall be substituted therefor:

319.1 General. Mobile food preparation vehicles that are equipped with any appliances that produce smoke or grease-laden vapors shall comply with this section and the 2021 Edition of NFPA 1, Chapter 50.8 Mobile and Temporary Cooking Operations.
