(a) Emergency or temporary stopping or parking of mobile homes is permitted on any street, alley or highway for not longer than one hour subject to any other and further prohibitions, regulations or limitations imposed by the traffic and parking regulations or ordinances for that street, alley or highway.

(b) No person shall occupy any mobile home on the premises of any occupied dwelling or on any lot which is not a part of the premises of any occupied dwelling, either of which is situated outside of an approved mobile home park, except that one visiting mobile home may be parked in an accessory private garage building or in a rear yard in any district for a period of not more than 30 days.
