No permittee under this chapter, while moving any building or structure, shall stop or stand such building or structure on any of the streets, alleys, sidewalks or other public grounds of the City for more than 30 minutes. (Ord. 16513 § 6(10-532), 9-15-92. Code 1995 § 26-588.)
