The Development Coordination Office shall, upon the filing of a moving permit application, give not less than 14 days’ written notice to the public or municipally owned utility owning or operating such wires, cables or other aerial facilities, of the intent to move a structure, giving the time and location of the applicant’s moving operations. The Development Coordination Office shall also notify the City Engineer and City Forester in the same manner. The applicant shall give the public or municipally owned utility not less than 24 hours’ advance notice of the actual moving operation; provided, that should the moving operation be delayed, then the applicant shall again give the public or municipally owned utility not less than 24 hours’ advance notice of the actual moving operation.
