The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this chapter, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:
“Building” or “structure” means any construction artificially built up or composed of parts joined together in some definite manner.
“Moving permit” means the permit issued by the Development Coordination Office permitting a structure to move over public streets or alleys. (Ord. 16513 § 1(10-524), 9-15-92. Code 1995 § 26-581.)
