The Planning Director, with the consent of the City Manager, shall adopt such administrative rules and regulations as necessary to govern the procedure, submission requirements and contents of minor plats. Such administrative rules and procedures may be amended from time to time, and a copy of the current administrative plat approval rules and procedures shall be available for inspection at the Planning Department.
