The Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer shall devise and implement written procedures for the efficient and expeditious recruitment of employees in accordance with Federal, State and City laws and guidelines regarding equal employment opportunity. (Ord. 20400 § 6, 12-20-22.)
