The records kept under this article are subject to the exclusionary provisions of the State Open Records Act (K.S.A. 45-215 et seq.). Therefore, these records shall be given the same level of confidentiality as are all other personnel records maintained by the Personnel Division. (Ord. 20206 §§ 28, 86, 9-10-19.)
