Governing Body members may be reimbursed for official travel and related expenses in accordance with resolutions adopted by the Governing Body that contain guidance related to such travel and expenses, in addition to the submittal of corresponding documentation confirming all relevant expenditures, as authorized by Charter Ordinance No. 94.
