2.20.060 Judicial Department.
(a) Created – Municipal Judge. There is hereby created a Judicial Department. The Municipal Judge shall be appointed by the City Manager. The City Manager, pursuant to Charter Ordinance No. 94, Section 21 (Appendix A, Section A2-54), shall be responsible for supervising and evaluating the performance of the Municipal Judge. The Municipal Judge shall be responsible for the efficient administration and operation of the Municipal Court and all related court services. (Ord. 20300 § 6, 6-8-21.)
