2.205.060 Topeka Metropolitan Transit Authority.

(a) Cited. The City of Topeka adopted the Metropolitan Transit Authority Act, K.S.A. 12-2801 et seq. and amendments thereto (“the Act”) and by charter ordinance has made certain provisions of the Act inapplicable to the City and provided certain substitute provisions therefor.
(b) Membership. The terms and conditions of membership of the Board shall be governed by Appx. A, Section A9-1 et seq. (Ord. 20206 § 75, 9-10-19; Ord. 19413 § 1, 5-4-10. Code 1995 § 2-224. Formerly 2.05.060.)
