The Board of Zoning Appeals shall at its regular meeting in January of each year elect one of its members as Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson. The Planning Director, or designee, shall act as Secretary for the Board of Zoning Appeals. The Board of Zoning Appeals shall adopt its own rules, consistent with the authority granted herein. The Board of Zoning Appeals shall cause records of its meeting to be kept, which records contain evidence presented, findings by the Board of Zoning Appeals, decisions of the Board of Zoning Appeals and the vote on each appeal case.
