Appeals to the Board of Zoning Appeals may be taken by any person aggrieved or by any governmental body affected by any officer administering the provisions of TMC Title 18, Division 4, or the provisions of the City sign regulations. Such appeal shall be taken within 30 calendar days of the decision by filing a notice of appeal specifying the grounds thereof and the payment of the filing fee.
