In accordance with K.S.A. 12-748(b) the Topeka Planning Commission shall review the City’s capital improvement program to ensure that it is consistent with the comprehensive metropolitan plan. The Topeka Planning Commission shall then submit its findings to the Governing Body as to whether such plans and programs or projects are consistent with the comprehensive metropolitan plan.
