The Municipal Court of Topeka shall have jurisdiction to hear and determine cases involving violations of the ordinances of the City. Topeka Municipal Court judges shall also have jurisdiction to issue search warrants based on probable cause for violations of municipal ordinance, excluding warrants by the Environmental Code Services Director or employees of that agency.
