(a) All new purchases of City vehicles, except vehicles assigned to the Police and Fire Departments, shall have included in the bid specifications therefor the color white.

(b) All City vehicles shall be marked in accordance with K.S.A. 8-305.

(c) All City vehicles except Fire and Police Department vehicles shall be marked only with the City seal, City’s web address, and a City vehicle identification number. No other markings shall be permitted on these City vehicles.

(d) All City-owned fire apparatus, police patrols and passenger vehicles used by plainclothes police officers shall be marked in accordance with policies adopted by the Police and Fire Chiefs, which policies shall include the City’s web address for vehicles exhibiting City markings.
