3.30.390 Definitions.

In addition to the definitions found in TMC 2.25.010, the following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:
“Bid” means the amount of labor and material required to do a specific contract work by a contractor.
“Contractor” means the party who is to do the work if the bid is approved that the contractor submits. (Ord. 18263 § 15, 6-8-04. Code 1981 § 13-135. Code 1995 § 42-62.)
