The services to be provided within the district will include: (a) maintenance of public sidewalks and parks, trash removal, snow treatment/removal; (b) safety; security; (c) beautification that will enhance the visual appeal of the district, including banners, decorations and public art; (d) promotion of the district through television, radio, print and social media; and (e) any other service authorized by K.S.A. 12-1784 and amendments thereto.
