5.10.030 Alcoholic beverages – Cereal malt beverage licenses.
This section is included in your selections.
(a) All applications for an off-premises retailer license shall be accompanied by a license fee of $50.00 per year, which fee shall be in addition to any fee charged by the State of Kansas.
(b) All applications for an on-premises retailer license shall be accompanied by a license fee of $200.00 per year, which fee shall be in addition to any fee charged by the State of Kansas.
(c) In addition to the foregoing license fee each applicant shall pay the following administrative fees for inspection of the premises:
