5.10.070 Automobile bus.
This section is included in your selections.
(a) The annual license fee for an automobile bus shall be:

Per vehicle of seating capacity less than six passengers |
$50.00 |

(2) |
Per vehicle, seating capacity of six or seven passengers |
$70.00 |
|
(3) |
Per vehicle, seating capacity of more than seven passengers |
$100.00 |
(b) The full amount of the license fee shall be required regardless of the time of the year in which application is made.
(c) Licenses under this section shall expire on September 10th next following the date of application. (Code 1981 § 24-39. Code 1995 § 30-57.)
