Whenever a license issued pursuant to this chapter is transferred, assigned or otherwise sold, the buyer, transferee or assignee of a mobile home park shall be required to notify the Development Services Division of the transfer of ownership within 60 days of transfer. This notification will require the Development Services Division to do complete review of the mobile home park for any health or safety concerns and for proper maintenance.
