(a) Whenever a licensee under this article shall change the place of business to another location within the City, the licensee shall immediately give written notice to the City Clerk, who shall issue a duplicate license which shall show, in addition to the information appearing on the old license, a record of change of location and the date thereof. The new license shall authorize the operation of the business at the new location.

(b) The licensee under this article shall return the old license to the City Clerk as soon as the new license has been received and the change in location has taken place. No change in the place of business of a licensee to a location outside the City shall be permitted under the same license. (Code 1981 § 38-81. Code 1995 § 114-129.)
