(a) Distribution of Fees/Fines Collected. All license fees collected shall be deposited to the law enforcement special revenue fund. Any fines collected for violations of this chapter shall be paid into the general fund. (Ord. 19285 § 8, 7-22-09. Code 1995 § 30-504.)
