5.25.160 Transfer, termination and surrender.

The franchise granted under this article may be subject to transfer, termination and surrender, and the terms of such transfer, termination and surrender shall be provided in the franchise agreement. (Code 1981 § 6-34. Code 1995 § 62-53.)
