Any applicant for a permit under this article shall submit to the City Clerk with the application a permit fee of $75.00. Any applicant for a renewal permit under this article shall submit to the City Clerk with the renewal application a renewal permit fee of $120.00. (Ord. 18294 § 20, 7-20-04. Code 1981 § 37-36.
