Any licensee under this chapter changing place of business or abode shall immediately notify the Chief of Police of such fact, together with the address and telephone number of the new place of business or abode. Changes in the place of business or abode shall not be deemed to be a transfer of license or to require the payment of any additional fees except for the fee for a replacement identification card or license when required.
