The complaint under TMC 8.35.110, together with a notice to appear or a warrant, shall be served by the Fire Chief or authorized representative upon the accused person, and forthwith the complaint shall be filed with the Municipal Court. (Code 1981 § 16-150. Code 1995 § 70-72.)
