8.50.030 Unlawful to exceed emission standards.

It shall be unlawful for any person to cause or permit the emission of particulate matter from any incinerator in excess of the standards set out in this chapter. Standards for air pollution and emission of particulate matter shall be enforced by the County Health Department. (Code 1981 § 16-135. Code 1995 § 70-178.)
