9.15.070 Hours of delivery.
This section is included in your selections.
It shall be unlawful for any wholesaler or distributor to sell or deliver any cereal malt beverages to any licensee within the City:
(a) Before 6:00 a.m. or after 12:00 midnight Monday through Saturday;
(b) Before 12:00 noon or after 8:00 p.m. on Sunday;
(c) On any election day during the hours the polls are open; or
(d) On Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. (Ord. 18642 § 1, 5-16-06; Ord. 18523 § 1, 10-11-05. Code 1981 § 5-38(b). Code 1995 § 10-37.)
