9.15.130 Unlawful sales of beer or alcoholic liquor by an on-premises or off-premises retailer.

It shall be unlawful for any on-premises or off-premises retailer to sell or dispense within the City any alcoholic liquor, other than beer; provided, that this section shall not apply if the on-premises retailer is also operating under a license issued by the State Director of Alcoholic Beverage Control for a drinking establishment.
