No licensee shall employ any person who has been refused a license to sell any cereal malt beverages, nor shall any licensee employ any person whose license to sell cereal malt beverages has been revoked within a period of six months of such refusal or revocation, nor shall any such person have any interest during such period in any premises selling cereal malt beverages.
