No licensee shall buy any cereal malt beverages from any wholesaler, distributor, their agents or employees unless such wholesaler or distributor shall have first secured from the State Alcoholic Beverage Control Director a license authorizing such sales. (Code 1981 § 5-30. Code 1995 § 10-59.)
